Mr. Ellison formerly of St. Patrick, Mo., died Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at Genesis Medical Center, East Campus.
Funeral services for John J. Ellison, 81, a resident of Davenport, will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 20, 2008 in the All Faith Chapel at the Halligan McCabe DeVries Funeral Home. Burial will take place in the National Cemetery, Rock Island Arsenal with military honors provided by the American Legion Post 26. Visitation will be from noon until the time of service at the funeral home.

Cleota Mae Campbell
Cleota Mae Campbell, formerly of La Grange, Mo., passed away on June 10, 2008 at Eagle Mountain Assisted Living in Batesville, Ark., at the age of 88 years.
She was born in a home west of La Grange on January 8, 1920, the daughter of Marion Lindsey and Florence Marie Downs. She married Clarence Leon Campbell on June 1, 1940.
Funeral services will be held Friday, June 13, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in La Grange with Pastor Paul Lohse officiating. Burial will be in the Riverview Cemetery in La Grange. Visitation will be held Thursday, June 12, from 4 to 8 p.m. with family greeting friends after 6 p.m. at the Davis Funeral Home in La Grange.
